Qualifications:
Kirsten Holmson holds a Master of Science degree in Clinical Nutrition and a Master of Arts degree in Psychology. She is also a certified E-RYT500 yoga instructor (with well over 500 hours of training) specializing in power vinyasa yoga, yin yoga, mindfulness-based stress reduction, and yoga for trauma and eating disorders.
